I viewed those clips also. My take away is a bit different.

I believe that Palin is concerned about how much the "establishment" has moved the party left of center to a more government control posture.

IMV, that is what drove the original effort of the Tea Party which is her stomping ground.

AFA Gingrich is concerned, He may share some of the Palin thinking, but my reality about him is that he is searching for the key to winning those who oppose Romney as the GOP candidate. He regularly tosses up an idea up to see if it will stick.

After Florida, it is now Romney's race to lose.

The operative question for me is: Will the DNC et al now go after Romney like they did the other leading candidates during Iowa, NH, SC etc?

In spite of some polling which suggests that Obama will lose big, my concern is about increasing the House and the Senate republican membership. That is the most important step in stopping Obama.

It must not be forgotten that Obama has mega bucks. He and his people will do and say WHATEVER it takes to defeat the GOP candidate.
