Phil, I sure hope the company doesn't start the annual "The holidays are delaying our progress routine" again! It's that time of year and the lengthy delays and changing storyline is making me wonder when the next excuse is going to arrive. Again, huge volumes traded today (655K shares traded so far), on 4.9 millions shares float. Who's trading so many shares, and with all of this interest, why hasn't the share price made bigger strides (up or down)? Your points in your latest post are right on the money. No filings and no explanation are troubling. Unless, Wincom/Struthers is going to do something immediately, I would expect someone with authority to step in and review the company's filings and actions.
