Angel...I agree with every thing in your post....You are correct in your frustration over trying to figure out the history of this stock...I reads like a very bad paper back book....Reverse split...out of a shell...large insider ownership....daughter owning a million shares in the pacific rim...announcement of allianances and non paying contracts.

The y2000 market place is firming up now and investors are no longer looking for a good story ( which used to drive a stock) but want paying contracts.

CSGI at best has been a great trading stock...I believe it to be in the buy portion of the trading range but I have been wrong before( just ask TED).

If you like y2000 stocks, you will neeed to get used to the rollercoaster and controversy....I currently own CSGI, ALYD, TPRO and AGCR.....If I had any cash left I would be looking at accumulating More of each. not knowing how much you have to invest or what your risk factor might be.....you may want to check AGCR which is under 2.00 again and trades between 2-3...nothing wrong with a 33% gain.

If you like sleeping at night : KEA & DDIM and if you acan sleep through explosions VIAS.....there are a million y2000 companies.

Good Luck ..but I think you will find controversy on all y2000 threads.

Ted
