Todd, I agree with you that there is much more oil out there to be found and a valuation of $500 MM is peanuts. Furthermore, I do not think that the Lundins have the wherewithall to actually acquire the whole company, they would probably try and give holders some of their paper. Last, I think they are just going to try and buy control so as to have more influence of the allocation of the 100,000 barrels per day capacity of the line not used by the consortium.
