to follow this logic, every republican might as well pack up their tent and go home....they won't come close to obama's campaign chest, especially after having to deplete their coffers fighting with each other

so what do you think romney should have done? tie his hands behind his back and not throw everything he had at gingrich? you think if gingrich had the money he wouldn't have used it? (after paying himself first of course)

I'm in south Florida for the winter and the ad blitz was truly unbelievable and off the charts.

But using an NBC "news" clip with news anchor Tom Brokaw talking Gingrich ethic charges was brilliant in a state where network news is still thought of as "the news" by an elderly population.

I could joke that a good number of people think Tom is still doing the news. ;-)

It wasn't just the money...they also had a nearly perfect ad.
