L.D.: Nice post. It makes interesting reading. I'll see if I can get a copy of the Chronology from the ministers office. There is defintely some fine points of the law at work here as well as some wide open interpretation of the regulations. As I have stated before, I think it will be a function of individual will to pursue the points of principle, coupled with the size of the war chest to prosecute the case. This drama will continue for a while yet, but in the meantime so will the exploration work on the unaffected claims. A lot of targets have been tested to date, and it will only be a matter of time before a source for the indicators is determined. TAZ
