Why can't you and Bob, just stop labeling people and discuss issues? Discuss the economy? AND, yes I could say the same about some from the other thread too. But this desire - this obsessive need to label people as belonging to the "looney left" - or right - is rather boorish. What you lurk until someone is labeled as a "looney left" and then you come out and cheer? And when I point out I'm not a member of your secret hate group, you crawl back into lurk mode? Geez! Why in the hell you take that spoon you use to stir up this thread is beyond me. I don't uses labels…but if it's a spade, I call it a spade. And YES, I've read FA Hayek's tome. And yes, I agree with his description of Serfdom. The economics I know came from but two measly courses in college, so I don't argue how to fix the economy. I spent the better part of a year overseas leading a guided missile battery that had everything from a fourth grade dropout to a PHD in electronics, in terms of men. Coalescing them into a smoothly operating group was something those above me in rank thought I did right (otherwise I would have been notified sooner rather than later). obama couldn't lead his way out of a black gospel prayer meeting. THAT I know! And why you continue bash those candidates who can, is beyond me. BUT, that's your prerogative. What I don't know, is why you insist on accusing the very folks on this thread that try to get along with you, of the above quote. Get off your damn high horse Steve, and humanize with the rest of us serfs!
