Trusts are extremely useful tax planning vehicles.

That's why they exist, for the most part.

You have a problem with that?

You should keep in mind the very same strategies are available to you, me, and everyone else. I use them, and don't have 250 Million. I'm sure John Kerry and Al Gore do, too.
