D2, I was off the net the whole weekend so my answer is probably obsolete. The brokerage is Yamaichi or something like that. I think they had a lot of bad dealings. It is not supposed to affect the markets too much. The open markets are a mixed bag at this point . I think Japan is closed. Hm, one of the original troublemakers, Indonesia is up over 3%. S.Korea, who is supposed to get help from the IMF, is down. Everything else is not moving too greatly in one direction or the other. I just mentioned in several of my posts that I feel we will have a pretty good week. I also think we will have good stuff ahead of us. I'll be home after Thanksgiving and will have more time again to hopefully revive my portfolio. I think we will go to new highs soon.

BTW, I am well again and have not caught anything else. My grandson is fine also and will be going back to school today.
