I owe a lot to Google Voice. I recently got a 914 number for free (from Google) and have used the number to expand my business in Westchester County, which is a very upscale area for the most part. The Rangers practice in Rye, NY.

Google voice is tremendous. They forward all my calls to up to 6 numbers for nothing as long as the calls are made in the USA and Canada. I'm very impressed with the service. My home phone has been with Vonage for the past 4 years. They are extremely reliable as far as call forwarding goes. I have all my Vonage calls forwarded to my cell. It is just a shame Google Voice can only port numbers from cell carriers (for a one time fee of $20). I just wish they could port my Vonage number directly. This means I would have to port my Vonage number to a prepaid cell plan before it gets ported to Google Voice.
