Rosemary,

Never posted to you before, hope you are doing well! You mentioned that your chart today was showing DELL's moneyflow was going positive today, and it was a confirmation that buying was going on! Could you please explain what you meant by that?

Not being mean, but I would hate to see what DELL would have done if your chart showed a negative moneyflow today with it being down $2 3/8!

Also, you made this statement:

<This is good news. I can't get over all the press dell is getting over their computers. It reads like they ran away with the show.>

Usually when the news is as good as it can get and a stock has turned down I take that as people selling into the good news, and the smart money is leaving the stock and selling into weaker investers hands! Which tends to push the stock lower, then when the smart money has sold what they are going to sell there will be a bounce, the weak holders haven been nervious as it went lower will sell when they recover their investment on the bounce, which in turn will make the stock go down even further! Then there will be a point in which the smart money starts buying again and the stock will return into an uptrend! I see DELL trending down as most other high techs are doing and I still believe in my price targets that I have set!

Hank

Rosemary, this confuses me <<It seems that my chart is showing dell's moneyflow going positive today>>. If the price was down on Friday, virtually all day, how can the money flow possibly be positive? It would seem to me that if you calculated the total value of the shares that were sold on Friday, they would have less value than they were the day before.

I am also confused by accumulation and distribution scores. From a naive point of view, if the price is rising for a security doesn't that mean that at the previous price there was more demand than supply causing the price to rise, and vice versa. Given the fact that for every buyer there is a seller (the market makers can be net buyers and sellers at any point in time, but over the long run they are buffers), how in the world is it possible to deduce anything else?

Regards,

Paul
