If the players have made an assessment that Iranian nukes are solely for cover, no need for Egypt, Saudi Arabia or Turkey to have nukes. The only country that needs nukes to ensure MADness with Iran is Israel, and it already has them Who would bet the farm that Iran only wanted nukes for cover, and that it would indefinitely only use them for cover? That is a fool's gamble. The GCC nations live in a very dangerous neighborhood and are not fools.
