It took a lot more than ten years, with the core of the problem dating back to Carter. This is typical liberal nonsense trying to dump it on Bush when there is not one thing you can point to that ties this "morass" to Bush.

But that's all beside the point. Obama has made the problem worse and delayed any economic recovery.
