Ski.........I appreciate your words, but I guess I still have enough fight left in me to say no............I am not going to be satisfied with what I see happening before my eyes. I will cease and desist when the people throwing bombs at Newt Gingrich cease and desist. I honestly and forthrightly believe Mitt Romney is at heart a socialist, and seeing all of the gaffs he's made in the last few months a pretty dumb guy, but the word police say I must stop saying so because it offends them.

LB is the only word police on this thread, and if he tells me to stop, then I will. In the mean time I will voice my opinion.

I try not to allow those things to upset me anymore. Life is too short. The entire Western world is caught in an expenditure trap from which there is, apparently, no good way out. The only way not to be disappointed by government actions is to maintain low expectations. Based on the experience of the past many years, that's not hard to do.

that's why i suggested the conservative right just move on and get over it....

and stock up on guns and ammo so at least they can sleep better at night <gg>

seriously though, you are correct.....we've managed to create a keynesian gov't spending (dependency) nightmare that will be difficult to unravel
