We sold Israel some massive ordnance penetrators back in 2009. Israel has said that Iran has the materials for four bombs lately. If they think they have to act, they will. It would also destroy Obama's re-election chances, so that is a bonus for them with the way he has treated them.

"Hasn't it been said Israel doesn't have the technology to take out Iran's underground nuclear sites?" Maybe so but the Israelis are very innovating. I worked for the company that makes the F15. An engineer told me that the air force invited the Israelis to participate in a joint exercise. After it was over an officer said we have been operating this aircraft within the parameters of the design envelope for years. These guy's are doing things with this airplane that we never knew was possible.
