lml, my bullish comments were made 3 months ago before it was evident the former management team had been reincarnated and reinstalled.

If there were a mass exodus of the Imp Board of Directors and senior management, the stock would probably double or triple in price. But that ain't gonna happen. The management team is well compensated and entrenched to stick it out to the end.

And you shouldn't try to attribute current and upcoming year-end weakness in the stock to tax loss selling. Most of the big losses were taken last year. Most of those selling now have lost confidence in the financial stability of the company and feel its days are numbered.

I will consider making a speculative buy of IMPX when it drops to 1/4 or 3/8, but then only if bankuptcy papers haven't been filed.
