With people moving money into market, perhaps it is time to move money out of the market. :)

NEU - still too expensive for me.
LHCG - I guess you don't care about the losses and you're just buying on cheap P/S, P/B? I'll skip.
SNDK - I have small position, I may think about adding.
TEO - never pulled the trigger. Still concerned about government control and about next possible Argentine crisis. They don't seem to run out of them.
CLF - missed this one at $50-60, don't want to chase.
TEF - Always hated their high debt level, can't make myself buy it.
CHL - Have small position, might buy more. Also concerned about government control over the whole ecosystem and the company in particular.
AFAM - I am not so sure the situation going forward will become good again for these companies. Skip for me.
EBAY - not cheap enough
DAR - not interested for ethical reasons
ASML - not interested due to cyclicality, losses
HITK - would have to look if current results are representative, a bit concerned about losses in 2007-2008
BBL - might buy, have to think about it.

AAPL - I sold when Jobs died. Yes, it was wrong short term. IMHO they will implode long term. They won't be able to perform as well as he did. They will lose focus, lose mojo, diworsify. They still might do well 2-3 years, so I'd buy if stock dropped a lot right now.

Adding a few shares of Telefonica today as it continues its fall. Just a very small position for me in total.

Shane, regarding HITK, I agree with Jurgis Bekepuris that this pharmaceutical company's losses in '07, '08 are a concern. Even with the stock now down from ytd highs (i.e. from $43 to $33), I still don't see it as value stock with a margin-of-safety. However, IF the company could maintain its current very good profit margins and ROE (which the company has not been able to do in past), then the stock should do okay. Seems to have plenty of cash and negligible ltd, so that helps.

I'll go for a few shares here for a spec. While HITK does fall into my value box on it's current good numbers, its history is not so encouraging.
