Thanks for the thoughts. I'm not so much interested in finding a risk free way to make a two or five percent return (presuming for a minute that this may be possible) although when all is said and done I might very well wish that this is how I had approached it. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to either long or short ATPG, or ATPGP as I think the ultimate outcome is too uncertain. If someone has an opinion that ATPG will or will not successfully complete this MC well, I think it makes for an interesting speculation (either long or short depending on how you think it plays out), but certainly not without significant risk.
