There is too much corporate welfare and crony capitalism and too many slime balls are being rewarded. The latest candidate for the most disgusting slime ball is Corzine, a former governor who "lost" billions of dollars of his client's money and no hint of prosecution. In the meantime he bundles, I think 50 M for the dems and they accept his money. This claims the award for the most disgusting acts of greed and favoritism ever, and that is saying something. lj

You mean like Ginghis Khan? <<The rich "win" mostly through their creation of wealth, and usually by causing others to win more than they do (a highly compensated employee, or someone who starts a business, rarely realizes all of the benefit he creates) In terms of tax structure and wealth transfer they lose, but not as much as they win by their own wealth creation, they do end up wealthier after all. Of course that's pretty much a tautology, you look at the class defined by being wealthy, and see that they are wealthy, not exactly a big surprise.
