Well, yes. I did a little searching, and this seems to trace back to lifenews.com , a prolife source crowing about ww5.komen.org as another triumph. But saying they never funded embryonic stem cell research is not the same as rescinding funding. I looked for coverage before the current dustup, and the stories seemed to be primarily attacks on Komen for allegedly funding stem cell research from prolife types. Made me almost feel sorry for them, but then I thought of unctuous Ari Fleischer and empathy diminished.

I still think the readers' point about universal health care is bigger and more important than this dustup though, and sadly not at all likely to be much noted in the dreaded "liberal" MSM.
