Tom, The r1 site ended up with four 11/21 files. Only tried the latest, but it worked fine.
First try at r2 crashed also--2nd now in progress. Got stock file, MF file, then died with GPF at beginning of 'process symbol and name change'.

Believe the ProcQuote module is the same for both releases. May take four files to get it right a la r1.

Procquot error: Version 1.1b Clear your qplusdat\incoming directory then redownload the quotes.

For version QP2: Clear the qp2data\incoming directory and redownload.
