Last year the southern hemisphere was soaked wet while northerners froze. This year is dry while northerners bask in balmy weather. Whole world weather is all connected.

Here in Angola, I had rivers taking bridges away last year. (These are not perennial rivers. But flow on rain season only.) This year I drive across the rivers' bed kicking dust up.

Was that in 1993? Thought it was 1994.. damn snow was 5 feet high in our apartment parking lot near Seminary road and 395 area.. Wound up spending days digging my neighbors out by hand.

Buddy of mine told me about the blizzard last year.. really happy I missed that one.. lol
