thanks for the link. the comments are quite interesting as one guy points out that there is some specific asset financing that would be senior to the bonds too. he also points out that a lot of their proved assets are undeveloped. As an unbiased investor/speculator -someone who has not taken a position, I think there are too many risks even in the bonds. otherwise it seems to me that maybe some asset hungry major would just snap them up.
