We could never win in Afghanistan. It is stupid to stay there. We could be there forever. I think Obama was wrong to increase the troops. Lie is a pretty strong word-lol. What did I lie about?? Many say Obama was pressured into uping the Afghanistan war by the pentagon. Obama has been dismantling the military control over our country. First he got rid of McChrystal, then moved Petraeus to CIA neutering him and putting the military back under civilian control. Panetta has pulled out of Iraq and is speeding up the pull out of Afghanistan and cutting our defense. Knowing the right wing will try to ambush him, he is putting forth a big vet unemployment and educational program and daring the right wing to vote it down. He is playing hard ball with the right wing now and we libs are happy to see it.
