I would love to get excited about even the possibility that someone is quietly buying a stake in ASND in anticipation of a to be announced later takeover. However, one thing bothers me a great deal. Very simply put, why are no insiders BUYING ASND. We sit and make excuses for various people selling, but why is no one buying at these depressed levels. Yes, we can guess that maybe the
Co. isn't buying stock back because they want to preserve there cash for the company taking them over someday, but why are NO insiders buying at these levels?? This bothers me.

<Stock performance of network stocks>

only csco in the positive. It's not surprising as they have handled
the streets' expectation in a consistent manner; generating
tons of sales through the Internet web commerce (40% of
sales through the Web, saving cost).
Just the savings from the efficiency of the Web commerce can
pay for the R&D of companies such as xyln and shva. Other
networkers should take note as having "the latest and greatest"
is only the beginning part of the game.
