Can you explain to me why any serious investor in his right mind would not want to know EVERYTHING there is to know about the company they invest in??? If the numbers & facts are too scary, blame the people who cause them, not the people who post them. Since it's gang up time on AR, I might as well let it all out.... How could anybody with an ounce of brains call this a great company with great management. OPEN YOUR EYES!!! THE STOCK IS $.11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE COMPANY JUST LOST ANOTHER 5 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE COMPANY IS IN LAST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since when is last place supposed to mean GREAT??? Remember when they 1st debut the proto type of the handset at the Vegas gaming show. IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!!! These morons in management sent a defective unit to the show. They are the 3 stooges of bingo! If this is anyone's idea of a GREAT company, then show me a bad one so I can see the difference. Call it what it is: A mismanaged, $11. penny stock on the BB with no profits, over paid management who do not perform in the shareholders best interests, with no chance of ever getting off without a major reverse split, who have lied and mis-informed investors for years, pay their bills by issuing more shares, change personell like you change your underware. Remember Paul Willems, x head of sales??? He quit to persue other interests!!!! He was INSIDE, on the GROUND FLOOR. Why would he leave such a GREAT management team and such a GREAT company. He must be as dumb as me!!!!! Remember BRIAN DEER, gone!!! Remember DAVID JACKSON, gone!!! Every PR firm they ever hired could not work with them due to all the investor complaints about mis-information. All this company is right now is the cheapest way to play the bingo industry because they are the loosers. And what kind of investors buy the cheapest company's??? The one's that can't afford to buy the winners!!!! If I'm so wrong about my opinion of management than can you explain to me: 1. Why AGTI is so behind every other competitors out there. We are in last place, or have you not noticed???? 2. Why AGTI's stock price is $.11, the Loooooowest priced stock in the bingo industry???? 3. Why banks wont even lend us money, even though we have this GREAT product line????? 4. Why our fixed base units are growing at a snails pace??? 5. Why IGT teamed up with Shuffle Master for bingo products, and not AGTI??? HMMM, if IGT is the leader in gaming, why wouldn't they go with AGTI for bingo??? I could go on but I won't. HR, just need to address your latest: 1. "In light of income which has been deferred by both Silzer and Lakhani, I won't even respond to your comment about salaries." You have been deceived!!!! On one hand they lead you to beleive they deferred salaries, then on the other hand they BORROW even more from the company and don't have to pay it back till 2001. OPEN YOUR EYES!!! READ!!! I guess whoever put that info in the SEC report must be a COMPANY BASHER. Go get em Frankie!! Firoz Lakhani, the President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Company, borrowed aggregate principal amount of $444,000 from the Company, Robert C. Silzer, the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, borrowed aggregate principal amount of $597,800 from the Company, 2. "That embedded base is growing as I type, and will continue to grow at an accelerated rate due to our newly-announced relationship with BTC." Don't forget that we don't have working capitol to quickly produce equipment to fill these potential orders. We have lost potential clients before because they don't like waiting when they can call a competitor and get immediate service. Yes, it will help, but your "accelerated rate" is a little tooo optomistic. 3. "I believe you are wrong. SEGA is alive and well, and living in Las Vegas". That's a bold statement. Prove it!!! If you can, or is it just another BS line from the PR dept. Where is it?? When, was it installed??? Why did they not show it at the gaming show just a few weeks ago??? 4. "A major hall in California recently removed their Gametech equipment and replaced it with AGTI's MAX Bingo System". Name the hall if you can. Let's PROVE it. I never saw the order announcement, did you??? I could care less about GAMEtech, but please don't throw around rumors unless you have verified it from a source OTHER than AGTI. They tend to Exxxxxxxxaderate. 5. "But I thought the company is BTC, per AGTI's press release. Who is BCM?" You are right. My fault. The company is BTC, their product is BCM & TED. Let me end this by saying that I will not respond to any more of this personal BS, name calling, and posts that have nothing to do with REAL AGTI BUSINESS. Very few posts on this board are about REALITY. Too many lazy people who have no more to contribute than gut feelings and intuition. I speak with many yrs of experience about this company and will gladly discuss and debate any and all facts with anyone willing to do the same. I will ALWAYS post what I know to be true and add MY opinion to it. For those of you who don't like it TOO BAD!!! AR
