Glenn;

I am not to concerned about the 20 Million at all. Look at the total shares when the 50 Million is hopefully retired plus the 33.5 Million.
Even if the total shares is approx; 26 Million I feel the impact will be great on the price of the stock. On some of the 33.5 Million there was 20% common issued as part of the proposal that's probably why the extra 4 Million but remember I haven't chased anyone to inform me of there certificate count and 21 Million are requesting them that I know of. I believe some of the 50 Million is still out there even though they should not be, also a large part of the 33.5 Million is still not processed yet. I remember one interesting conversation I had with Brad awhile back. He stressed to me he would rather see a strong steady upward movement in there stock price rather than a huge spike up and a resulting downfall that we have experienced before, again I am looking for future contracts from this Company and profits for next year. I still believe more than ever there is a large short position in this stock (undeclared) as the Company proves itself and the shares are removed and retired (50 + 33.5 Million), we all will benefit greatly I believe as our shares in Eutro increases in value. Let me also stress a very important view. To have a short position in a stock (Short Squeeze) is great for some the price increases dramatically over a short period of time and then drops some investors make money and some do not. The one thing the shorts do not want to happen is the Company to prosper and show profits that's when they get in big trouble and that's when the price continues to rise in a strong steady fashion were most shareholders benefit. Attacking the fundamentals of a Company is the only weapon they have take that away and show them the Company is truly successful and they will start to cover there total positions not just part that they are forced to do then come back and short the stock down again.

My honest Opinion

I was under the same impression concerning the float. It is possible that using the figures in the press releases we would have had to change that by the 20% or so for the exchange that was to take place. They could have worded the releases better. It is also possible that Brad would rather state an approximate figure what he will expect for the end result to be a little higher in this case to possibly cover his a@@. Could be a good idea for him in that case.

Whatever way the float works out everyone needs to remember that figure includes not only all the common stock able to be held by shareholders but also insiders. Even if the float that was left came to 20mil someone is still in a deep hole considering that we aren't far away from that point at this time with certs in shareholders hands. Even the shareholders that have some stock that they don't have in certificate form at this time realize this. I am sure that there are a fair number that have both, shares in cert form and other shares that aren't for various reasons. Also there are some that have all their shares in cert form or requested to be in cert form and some investors don't have any requests in. The only ones that really have been accounted for with requests are the ones that we know about and are over that figure that Brad expects.

The bottom line is even at a figure of 20mil someone is still short shares. Now we know that if the MM's are the ones short shares then they will keep the price as low as possible as long as possible and try to continue to manipulate the price. If somehow they were able to buy some of the shares from the 4 companies to cover their own interests they would have no problem letting a bidding war start for shares when those companies have to come up with shares while they pocket the difference of the spread. Such a bidding war will raise the share price and volume traded because this would bring much more interest in creating more volume. Think about it what do they really care if any of those companies looses money because they have to buy back shares? They sure didn't care when they were selling shares short what would happen.
As things get worked through it will become more apparent just who the parties are that are short. I too would have liked this to all have already been worked out, I feel that the company has great possibilities and this is an investment that can go from here in the sub .10 range to the dollar or multiple dollar range in the relative near term. Just how long it will take I wish I knew but there are things that are being worked on as best as I can tell. If the info that we have is reasonably accurate then everyone can take any of the scenerios into account of who is short the shares and as the company improves and/or gets the share situation resolved first it looks like us the shareholders win. It dosen't really matter who the short is but from what we have someone is short and if it's the 4 companies that are the last to have to get shares I think the MM's may be enjoying this as much as us when the time comes. <after they cover of course> Ok, now I'm done and the soap box is available. <G>

Imo
