To All: I started this thread to try and get to facts and share opinions on trading and what not. Recently it is fraught with all kinds of hype and hip hip hoorah. Buy this and buy with tabloid hype as the basis for fundamentals. Posts of company personnel names associated with information that may or may not be true suddenly are appearing. Arguments on what a stock is or can or will do with out any facts or solid basis both pro and con. It is slowly becoming the National Enquirer of penny stocks. Every stock has a potential of being the next super stock also every stock has the potential to be the next totally worthless investment you ever made. Instead of trading tactics like gapping, shorting, some rules on how to trade, company fundamentals, when to get out, when to get in, protecting your investment, etc.etc. it is becoming senseless to a degree. People get caught on a up tick and suddenly here we go. Companies now feel they need to post to try and straighten out the false information being posted. It is getting worse everyday. Personally I think it has deteriorated to a level that is probably lower than most junk sites on the internet fraught with opportunist looking for next big run and collect a following. We all, every single one of us, is looking for that next momentum play for quick in and out to invest in our long positions or course to some momentum is the only way to trade. I hate to see this thread going to a momentum thread but I guess things have to run their course. Now where is the credibility to most of the posts here. It amazes me how some follow blindly and rely on the posts of the internet to be there DD. I hope this thread can get back to its original intent and purpose so readers have something valid to make a trading decision or base their own verification of information posted or personal DD on. Now we have posts about possible threats. Well that is another ball game. All you have to do is email the threat to your server and they will handle it for you. As far as copywrite I do not know but I guess someone may sue someone and get a presidence. Kids are protected and a few adults have been caught and emails have been use as evidence. Insiders or shorter warriors have been caught plus company personnel hyping their stock on line have been caught and a public forum can be used as evidence. Oh well ... enuff soap boxing. JMO GB
