I think that biotech is at a very low point right now. There's a good possibility that the next rally will be the first small step in the big multi-decade run for the better stocks in the sector. They have all quietly advanced their sciences and added equity value over the last 18 months, while the sector pretty much bounced up and down off a large bottom. I'm leveraged more than is prudent, but not enough that I can't wait long term. Only moderate down-side risk in stocks like ARRS right now. So I'd buy what I can afford and wait. If the sector moves up on volume, add a little at various stages, and also watch for obvious failures to dump (don't worry about losses on them).

I don't like to chase the stocks-but I keep in mind what Warren Buffet said (approx)::<<If a $10 stock is going to $40, it's still cheap at $15.>>
