OK here is a value play - ksws. I was going to post about this one last week but had some personal laptop problems. this one is selling less than ncav. Sales have falling sharply in the past couple of years but gross profit margins have remained healthy which is good if revenue start to increase. Sales have picked up in the last few quarters which could be a sign of a turn around. Another issue I have them is that the CEO owns a bunch of shares and has not brought stability to sales. Warren Buffett tried to buy this company in the 90's but this same ceo refused because he did not like the offer.

I wanted to buy when it was in the range of 3.52-3.64 last week. Since it trades on low volume I will wait for a pull back because any big buys/sells will increase/decrease the price dramatically.

Ok, here goes. I have morphed my strategy a bit over the intervening years since coming up with PCP.

I have been modestly long UAL and DAL but would probably be a seller here and wait for next crisis worries.

Favorites today include LNC (wait for pullback), KFN (play on less than IG debt - would buy some in here but wait on more), GENT (biotech approval risk in Europe but drug on mkt - stock has run in recent days), ELN (have upside from possible AZ drug but support from its stock in ALKS and its Tysabri drug (which will fade over time), and XNPT (another distressed drug play). XCO though is probably current favorite on eventual bump back in up in NG - may take 2-3 years.
