Is you best friend Kennedy trying to compare the job creation under the Bush administration to the job destruction under the three years of Obama? We will have to go to the Bureau of Labor Statistics to get that data. Total non farm employment was 130,433,000 in January 2001 when Bush took office. In January 2009 when he left office it was 131,555,00. That is a net gain of 1,122,000 jobs.

When Obama took office in January 2009 there were 131,555,000 jobs. The latest number for January 2012 is 130,263,000. That represents a net loss of 1,292,000 jobs.

In conclusion 1,122,000 jobs were created under Bush while 1,292,000 job have been lost so far in the first three years of Obama. It is half time in America and we need a quarterback change.
