RE:lawsuits

What you mentioned in your response to my post, is what I have been saying all along. In the end, lawyers will get their fees and S/H will get practically nothing.

A class action lawsuit was filed against GM for the side saddled gasoline tank in certain trucks. When all was said and done, those who purchased the trucks got a coupon for $100 off on their next purchse on any GM vehicale. Lawyers, by the way, got millions and millions in fees.

My comments were not in response to the written article, however, they were made to address the current situation taking place and the general direction that OXHP was headed. It was more along the mentality that when everyone is bullish, watchout, the sky is about to fall. However, with OXHP one can aregue that that's hardly the case.

The article could not have come at a better time, especially whith OXHP reaching new lows. It was assuring to say the least, of what my attitude has been for the last three weeks. Time will be the best indicator of how things turn out in the end.

Thanks,

Zead
