Ok...Let's see why Bateman could have said this...
On March 1 1994 Rogers Research and Analysis co. sent Paul Mentzer an X-Ray diffraction analysis report. In that report there is mention of .007 oz/ton of Pts which is a Platinum sulphide.
I can assume that Batemen had a similar report done as this sort of testing is supposed to give you a good picture of what's in the soil, tho the quantities reported are very suspect. The other problem, is similar to fishing with a depth finder....you can see the fish, but you can't get them to bite.
IPM probably begged Batemen to approve a PR with something along these lines simply to help themselves save face and perhaps to help some investors keep their hopes up. Shame.......
