Thanks Scusami for the TA. I'd be surprised if LGND doesn't start moving up sooner than a month. Biotechs generally follow a strong seasonal pattern this time of year starting around now and culminating around the middle of January. If LGND misses that period run, they might well start trending down with the rest of the biotechs. 20 sounds good to me. Probably to Henry too. Regards.

The following is from Windows on Wall Street charting program. There are several alert functions. I have experimented with them and the following alert function seams to best indicate Ligands buy points since Jan 95. Before Jan 95 it is not right at all. All of the recommended buy points appear to be good times to take a position in Ligand. It missed two buying opportunities May 95 and Sept 97. There are also sells but they are more numerous and not quite as accurate. There have been sixteen buy signals in six groups since Jan 95. I used the default period of 14. >>1. This chart contains indicator alerts that were generated with the "ALERT with %D and RSI" system. The indicator alerts are displayed as colored diamonds next to the price plot in chart pane #1. Quick Interpretation: Diamonds below the price plot indicate possible buy points based on simultaneous RSI and Stochastics measurements.
