Gary: It is not my desire, nor my wish, to place myself in a position to feel compelled to "attack" any one. BUT, if anyone feels COMPELLED to keep email private that they are clearly troubled with and, the law of the land does not preclude divulging that information why not?? Seems to me that any of us could become cyberterrorists, or a victim of cyberterrorists if we sincerely believe that email is protected. I truly wrestle with this issue myself Binder, but I just could not live with myself if someones safety, security and/or, most importantly, credibility is threatened by email confidentiality. If Jodi has something to say, she can do it here or she can email me. It is her choice. I would hope that each of you would feel free to do the same. This time, Gary
