<J.S. and Cioffi Delemna> We are on the same page on the reasons behind the moves by Amati. For those that still think something sinister is taking place, think about this: with all the stock they own and options that would be available to J.S. and Cioffi had amtx been able to continue the successful commercialization of adsl dmt, do you really think they would sell the company unless they had no other choice.
