there's that, but worse is that it makes us lazy to make the hard decisions. The high paying jobs some had - are gone for good and people can take unemployment from now until they die and they aren't coming back.

There's no doubt there is some gaming going on. But in the larger scheme of things it's looked at as holding it together and providing some safety net.

Don't you think it's equitable that the Government seeks to bail out the little guy a bit also?

The middle class is structurally under assault in America due to a combination of global economics and our own stupidity. If you agree with the proposition that as the middle class goes so goes the country then we need a few life boats in that direction while we figure out how to get them ashore.

This is not just a Democratic/Republican problem. It's an all of us together problem.
