Rumboman, just to clarify: what I forwarded from usenet were not my words but an SGI employee words. (Mr McCalpin) I only made them available on this forum after noting them on usenet which is a public Internet forum just like this one. I indeed hope, like you seem to hope, that SGI's marketing department will step to the challenge and issue a strong official rebuttal soon. It is one thing to compete fairly on the merit of your products and another playing dirty like Sun is clearly doing here. I hope this misleading and plain wrong press release would backfire and discredit Sun enough to lose some more sales to SGI. To my untrained eyes, resorting to such dirty tactics is a sign of weakness from Sun. Yours Jojo
