What is wrong with Gersh doing drugs in his own home and not harming anyone? How can you mandate that your town shouldn't allow Gersh? Which part of constitution permits you from infringing on his rights? How about alcohol? Cigs? What else?

It was when you got to the part of all druggies being executed thing .. We have all these drug laws to protect citizens. They didn't work. good or bad they just didn't. So they don't have any effect on your safety. While they do have a serious degradation of my safety. Odds are that doing more of the same thing won't do any better. Good money after bad stuff .. Meanwhile thousands of people go to jail to attempt to force what didn't work to suddenly start working. This produces a cycle of violence that DOES reduce your safety. For us .. For the time being, our homes, our families, our retirement savings, our children are all considered "just", "fair game" for everyone else. We are low hanging fruit for a hungry system. It's called persecution. Which you seem to wish intensify.
