(i) some folks have access to essentially free money (ii) other folks have not been able to deliver on the assumed 8-12% annual gain needed by their employers / clients since 2000 (iii) given above setup, it should be impossible to discern w/ great confidence what, if anything, is going on, except to note that there be lots of to n fro, zig n zag, on n off, up n down existential cardiac arrest for the global economy is off the table but recovery can never be until and unless the debt clears however, should debt clear rapidly, non-existential cardiac arrest may well be so, here we are, i reckon
