Is a marijuana smoker, like the train engineer last year, who gets high, causes an accident, and kills people harmless to others? Actions have consequences. 1 - Smoking and "engineering" is not the same as "smoking". 2 - Do you support banning alcohol because a train engineer could be drunk? If I want to ban drugs from the entire establishment and cater to like-minded people, I should be allowed, as much as someone else should have the right to live elsewhere and smoke dope. I agree. But what if the like minded people change their mind? You could have some contract with a penalty clause, but what about subsequent buyers? You might do better (at least under a legal regime that would allow you to do business with however you wanted to and not do businesses with those you don't want to) to rent the housing units rather than sell them, that way you still own them, resale isn't an issue, and you could kick out people for violating the rules, rather than just getting monetary damages.

A dilemma. So there's two sides of this wall. Your side and outside. To maintain that wall, you have been promoting the genocide of those on the other side. I live there. So it's personal.

You and I probably see more eye to eye than you realize. Second amendment, for instance. But if you suggest I should be lined up in front of a Chinese firing squad, don't expect to hear Amen over this way. I might figure out a word or two in the other direction. If you were to succeed with your promotion, I would be dead as a result. So lets see what the balance is. Your comfort .. my death. Your nose went right through my face and into my back yard.
