When I posted that I got sick last August Box sent me this PM.

Box-By-The-Riviera™ karma! and yours assuredly, is, not good.

It was then that I discovered he was reading my postings toggling 'ignore' 'not ignore'.

My Karma is good. I got healthy in three weeks. More three weeks and I was back to normal.

This year I decided to work out again. I thought at 59 I would not get strong. I was wrong.

It was just a matter of starting and the power came back. I am now getting stronger by the day.
