You wouldn't say that if you had read the report. Once you get done selling QNTM, RDRT and HMTT, it is suggested you buy Quantum because of its wildly successful DLT, not to mention the fact that they regard it as already undervalued.

This was not an "idiotic downgrade", it was the creation of buying opportunity, merely a ploy to send the price from $30 to $26, which it did.

If this could be proven to be true, then H&Q should be fined out of business. The market justs does not need people who misrepresent the truth just to enfluence the price of a stock.
