I absolutely concur. No one has gone to jail over this financial fiasco, despite strong evidence of fraud and criminal negligence on the part of the various parties (particularly the ratings agencies)..

And to add insult to injury, the TBTF banks are paying out huge bonuses from profits provided by interest from taxpayer funded T-bill holdings. I read, about a year ago, that the vast majority of JPM's profits were derived from interest on T-Bill holdings, not interest from private loans.

They are basically government employees now, IMO. But with oversized bonuses..
