Bob Lutz, ex GM Vice Chairman, strong conservative and no supporter of the current administration just said on CNBC that the Obama Administration very skillfully handled the Auto Bailout and "like them or not", this is a significant achievement of the administration.

Yup, Lutz has a "disadvantage" vs you and i-node when speaking about the Auto Industry...he knows what he is talking about.
