al-len, you are far from being a liar. I have always found you to be upfront and trustworthy. TokyoMex reminds me of me in RMIL, that's all. He got some answers, got scared because of overinvestment, and bailed. He'll be the first one back in if this stock soars. And that is fine!

But Al-len, the way I handled TokyoMex is the way TokyoMex should be handled. He's a nice guy that did some DD and bailed, that's all. If he is trying to do the pump and dump thing, I wish him well. I have about as much invested in this company as you do, al-len, and I'm here for as long as you are. There's nothing we can do about it if we want to keep the faith.

And for me, the faith is reaching far into the future.

Subject: Me Again!

Matt,

Kind of frightening to be told you don't exist! People on
the BB stock threads of SI are totally paranoid.

Anyway, found something of interest - please share it with
everyone on SI. I noticed that when you go to the demo
for "While You Wait" it actually brings you to a site
called www.whileyouwait.com. The demo for "Sesame-Ad"
said it was currently being updated to the new version and
not available, but I thought "hey, if they have their own
address for WYW they must also have it for Sesame Ad." Sure
enough go check out www.sesame-ad.com. Everything is not
functional on the site - guess that's why they aren't
linking to it yet, but if you click on the demo for
"medium speed" and the "high speed" link you will be able to
see demos. The medium speed gives you a "sandals resort"
commercial (although it is mislabeled as Honda) and the
high speed is a QT movie. The "low speed" is an animated
gif. Basically this goes along with their press releases -
their technology will allow the page to automatically load
one of the three versions of the commercial depending on
the abilities (plug-ins) on your computer. I think the
fact that they have registered sites for the two products
as separate from the company umbrella is a good forward
thinking strategy. Obviously they are planning on building
brand identity and want to be prepared when customers go
"searching" for the products on the web.

As a former employee in a high tech company people should
not be alarmed that the product is only in Beta. ALL
high-tech companies pre-announce products. It is their
way to build up demand so that when the product is ready
for market the orders are already placed and they just
ship it right out. Think of all the hoopla Microsoft
puts out on their products well in advance of their even
being a release date. And while we are speaking of release
dates - don't stress if they miss a date. It is more
important for the product to be working properly and bug
free then to make the anticipated date and have an inferior
product.

I am not a fortune teller. I don't know how this will play
out, but I think this looks really, really good so far. If
this company can come out with the "Sesame-Ad" product as
they envision it this will be HUGE. We would not only be
looking at major revenue, but possibly a buy out by a larger
company who wants the technology. As I stated in the last
message I sent to Matt, I worked for Tandem for four years.
They were just bought by Compaq this summer. The reason was
that Compaq wanted to get into the server market, but didn't
want to start from scratch. Tandem had a partnership with
Microsoft for their Windows NT servers and Compaq scooped them
up. Lots of acquisition potential on this one.

NETZ is not a momentum play stock - this is one you sit on.
Let the company develop the product. As far as the statements
of another poster regarding the company's employee mix. Trust
me you would be very surprised at the ratio of techical people
to support staff in the computer industry. Ask any programmer
if they would want someone else messing with their code and
the answer is "hell no." Less chance for errors if the same
person sees the same piece of the project throught to the end.

I say let those who don't have patience get out now. This
company needs time to develop and fine tune the product and
keep building their impressive customer base. I can't believe
people are doubting the product. Considering Alta Vista (which
is part of DEC) thought WYW was good enough for them to use
it should be good enough for other customers. Having someone
else in the industry buy their product is a huge positive.
The people at Alta Vista know web technology and if they thought
the product was crap they wouldn't touch it.

I've rambled on too long now. Sorry, but this stock has me
excited by its possibilities.

Lynn (no I am not a figment of Matt's imagination) Lamousin
