Exercise price-$5.50
Company can redeem the warrants any time, upon thirty days notice
if the average closing price(bid price) equals or exceeds $8.75
for 20 consecutive trading days, ending within 5 days prior to the
date of the notice of redemption. If stock price was at $8.75 the
warrants should be around $3.25-so they do have plenty of room to
appreciate before they would be allowed to be called. 1.4 mil warrants outstanding good til march 5 year 2001. Company appears to
be doing well-recently hired pr firm(according to release I read).
I picked a couple hundred at 1 1/2. Looks like can get some at 1 5/16-1 3/8.
