Yes OZON has some patents. No they will not keep other companies from competing. Question for you though. What industry ever worth being in was allowed to become a monopoly in recent memory?

OZON stockholders will be well rewarded for their faith as this company certainly has the lead in this burgeoning field.

Regards, Jeff

Gerald, this is fundamentally the same question as your other question, only now you get a lawyer involved. Gerald, it is the process, not ozone that is the factor. OK????? I hope you now feel that your questions have been answered. Have a good week.

Gerald, Welcome to the "Hype Zone"

None of these people have a clue what they are getting themselves into. They simply buy on the way up and sell on the way down. This is not an investment, but simply a play on a laundry company that's "suddenly" filling a need that's been around for decades with a technology that's been around even longer. Just buy the next time the stocks around $2 so you can ride it up the next time anybody important talks about Ozone technolgy in the food industry (when the trend is your friend, why fight it? yadayada). BTW, if nobody noticed, Ozone is going to be used to treat the WATER before it washes the food, NOT the food directly. My Chemical Engineering Uncle will tell you Airation does a much better job of cleaning water as it does in nature, and Ozone is just a stupid gimmick used to sucker investors into this cockemayme stock. So Hype this up some more, I still have not made all my money back on this stock, but it's amusing to watch and read all the proposterus notes and claims along this thread. I think the stock will shot up Tuesday after Howard Stern with his National morning show, hoses down some wet tee shirt strippers with a bottle of Ozone enriched water.

Gerald I ran a patent search on ozone related patents. CycloPSS has a patent for luandry ozone injection systems(#5625915). If you look through the list of ozone related patents I think you will find there have been many recent additions, although not by CycloPSS. I did not check them all to see if CycloPPS had any patents in the food processing area. Even if they don't I was nonetheless enthused to see a great number of ozone related patents. Why would I say that if CycloPPS hasn't got the patents? It's simple. This recent interest in ozone patents indicates to me that we have alot of growth potential for various applications for what AJ refers to as a luandry company. The very fact that CycloPPS has experience in the laundry field gives them a headstart on the competition. Anyway here are those patents if you want to look at : patent.womplex.ibm.com

For all the new investors interested in OZON please do your due diligence. What every investor should be aware of is the old buy low and sell high maxim. It seems to me that when AJ has bought stock in OZON it has only been on days where the company recieved extraordinary coverage by one form of media or another. That is not a reasonable way to invest. However it just might work alright with this stock except that AJ sells his stock before the next media event. Then to compound his mistake he buys whenever ozone is in the news again. I think even AJ is figuring this out when he advises new investors to buy at 2 rather than what he has done in the past. That at least may be good advice.

One thing is for certain though and that is that the company is working towards a number of goals outside of the laundry business. Still in all likelihood the next contract announcement will probably still be laundry related. After all they have already sold a number of systems in that area. At any rate I would think any period where the stock falls back due to lack of news should be viewed as buying opportunities. So what are they working on? I took this list from the last quarterly report:

The plan of operation during the next twelve (12) months includes the following:

1. Aggressively market the Company's Ozone Laundry Systems to the
Health care market and the commercial and Industrial Laundry
marketplaces.

2. Continue research and development, testing and implementation of
ozone systems for the food processing industries. Ozone was recently
given the status of "generally regarded as safe" or "GRAS" by FDA.

3. Continue testing and validation and initiate sales and installation
of the Company's Health care Ozone Laundry Systems with Health care
providers in the United States and Internationally.

4. Complete design and development and embark upon marketing of the
Company's Ozone Laundry Systems for institutional users such as
hotels, resorts, prisons, etc.

5. Continue to increase marketing, sales and installation of the
Company's VAC laundry counting and sorting systems to commercial,
industrial, institutional and Health care customers.

6. Complete validation testing of the Company's liquid chemical
sterilant, SterOxTM, preparatory to completion of a licensing
agreement with an

established medical product manufacturing/marketing company and/or preparation and submission of a 510(k) Premarket
Notification to the
FDA.

7. Produce data and design elements in support of desired labeling
claims for FDA officials reviewing the Company's 510(k) Premarket
Notification for the STER- O3-ZONE 100TM.

8. Continued development of products and enhancements for the Company's
textile operations.

9. Increased marketing and continued growth of contract research and
development within the BioChemical group and the ongoing manufacture
and sales of their current and future products.

10. Engage brokerage firms to assist the Company in more effectively marketing its shares to the investing public, including the
preparation of an analyst report on the Company and its technologies.

11 Seek additional capital. With additional financing in place, there
may be additional diversification of the Company's business
activities through future acquisitions or product development.
Company has entered into an engagement agreement with First
Financial Investment Securities, Inc., a registered broker dealer
firm with headquarters in Austin, Texas.
