No, I do not. I looked up the definition of racism and I found this...

a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human determine cultural or individualachievement, usually involving the idea that one's own is superior and has the right to rule others.

From this definition , the statement at the top is not racist, but I think your views and mine would be considered racist. But then there was this definition...

3. hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

By that definition neither you nor I are racist.

So it all depends on what the definition of racism is.
