I was just poking fun at all the Bounty posts you were putting up. Pretty silly really. You should have posted the posts you just did is really my point. The bounty stuff was a pretty lame (IMO). Hey, Riley posted as rumour, I don't think it's very uncommon among these threads and others to see rumours posted, I believe it happens all the time. I take more of an exception to people posting rumours that turn out not to be true.

Even if it's regarded as "insider info" I think the most pertinent point would be was it material? Price says no.

May I further alledge(I'm on a roll now) that the reason it's coming up now is because some folks simiply want to submarine what's going on here, any way they can. The tact seems to be back to getting Riley again. At least smartin is taking the correct approach and implying the info is coming from the company. Want to sink the company, imply wrong doings there, otherwise the arguments look a little petty and spiteful. Of course, since so many folks are involved in things like this, you would be hard pressed to show the company was involved.

Is Selective Disclosure Now Lawful? Shall we discuss this and how it applies to the information we have been recieving via third parties on this thread and by phone conversations with the company and these third parties?

Ditchdigger, I really do think you're being rather silly about this. How many times do you see in many many stocks posts from people who say "news is expected" or something along those lines, indicating they have learned something about that particular stock/company that is forthcoming or reported to be forthcoming? We all see that everyday. Do you think it is ALL "selective disclosure"? And as I've posted before, we all know companies that email or fax copies of/info on upcoming releases. And we all know companies that tell callers something like "news will be coming out (whenever)".
